To secure a pitch:

To secure a pitch: scroll down this page and you will find six categories of stalls. Please select the appropriate category that best suits your stall.

From the drop down menu select a pitch number that is still available and ‘Add to Cart'. Complete the form that pops up, submit and proceed to the cart which can be found at the top of the page, where you will be required to make payment.

Your pitch will only be secured once you have completed the application form AND made your payment.  Please also complete the stallholders agreement.

Craft Stalls

Having listened to the traders and taken onboard their advice, the Worstead Festival will split the market trading stalls into categories, restricting the numbers of certain sellers.

This is so those visiting the festival are not overwhelmed by stalls all with the same or similar products and the traders are not in competition with similar items in proximity - it’s first come, first served - if in doubt, please contact on the stall’s email.

The pitch size is 4m x 4m for your 3m x 3m gazebo - price £150 for the weekend - booking via the website, online bookings only.

All pitches are weekend only (Saturday and Sunday) - no single day slots.

We hope this is a success, but reserve the right to change the set-up or sales if necessary.

*General Street Food Pitch (Offering meals of a decent size)

*Concessions Street Food Pitch (Offering hot/cold soft drinks, ice cream, crepes, donuts etc)

*Professional/Renowned Chef Demonstration - 1 hour long on stage

    With always over 10,000 people visiting this is a must do event of the calendar.
