We have chefs demonstrating in our state of the art demo kitchen and confirmed so far are Roger Hickman of Hickman's, Norwich; Daniel Smith of Ingham Swan; Steve Norgate of The Beechwood, North Walsham; Mark Sayers of Saracen's Head, Erpingham; Andy Snowling of the Buck Arms, Aylsham - each and every one of them award winning chefs and restaurants so we're very privileged to entice them all. Also Madhu Choudhry from Ethnic Fusion Cookery School will be demonstrating her wonderful Asian cooking.
We also have a lovely band of artisan food producers, suppliers and growers who keep coming back with their bread, cheese, fish, wine, chutneys and cakes and veg and more.
And as the festival began in 1965 we have a special 1960's kitchen showing what we were eating and drinking during the sixties and Eve will be cooking some recipes and dishes from that era.
